NetX VPN is designed around data restraint. We handle only the limited information needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service, including the information involved in operating an ad-supported app.
VPN traffic
What passes through the VPN is not turned into an activity history.
We do not keep records of the websites you open, the material you send, your DNS requests, or the destinations reached by traffic routed through NetX VPN. We also do not build profiles from that information.
Browsing content transmitted through NetX VPN is not used to target advertising.
Information you provide
You decide what to include when you contact us.
If you ask for help or send feedback, we may receive details such as your name, email address, message, attachments, survey responses, and any other information you choose to share.
NetX VPN does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid trials, and does not collect payment-card or bank details.
A device-related identifier may be generated or received to verify access, limit abuse, support users, and keep the service reliable.
Operational data
A small amount of technical data keeps the service running.
This operational information is not intended to expose what you browse:
- App version, platform, language, and basic device environment.
- Connection success or failure without the content of the connection.
- The server region you select, without treating outgoing IP addresses as activity logs.
- Aggregated bandwidth totals for capacity, service quality, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- Crash and diagnostic events when settings and applicable law permit them.
Why data is used
Limited information has limited jobs.
- Provide, operate, maintain, and defend NetX VPN.

Advertising
Ads help make NetX VPN available.

Those providers may collect information according to their own policies. When your device supports it, you can reset or restrict advertising identifiers in system settings.

Retention lasts only as long as needed to operate NetX VPN, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, maintain business records, or investigate fraud and security issues.
After that, information is deleted or anonymized. Data in backups or disaster-recovery systems may be isolated from active use until deletion is technically possible. Support conversations may be kept so we can understand earlier issues and provide consistent help.
Security
Protection is layered, but no online system is infallible.
We use administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards intended to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, and loss. Access is limited to personnel and providers who need information for their responsibilities.

NetX VPN is not intended for children.
